PERFORMANCE ACADEMY
CURRICULUM AND TRAINING INFORMATION AND PHILOSOPHY
Our academy philosophy, curriculum and programming schedule is based on USTA’s High Performance coaching model and guidelines. Physical, tactical, technical, mental, length of sessions, competition type recommendations and coaching is all based around this programming. jUNIOR pERFORMANCE level
Students at this level are new to competition and academy training and have very little match play experience. At this level players will learn stroke mechanics and fundamental training to help them prepare for the Junior Performance level. Some Level 7 tournament experience and 1 year of previous tennis training is recommended. Ages 11-16.

performance level
Students at this level have had several years of experience of training and are playing at the L7 and L6 tournament level. Players at this level should have a minimum of 2 UTR and are actively playing tournaments to improve their national rankings. Ages 11-16.

DAYS AND TIMES
Wednesdays-4:00-6:00 pm
Fridays-4:00-6:00 pm
Advanced performance level
Players at this level are hand selected by our head instructors and are at a UTR of 5+. Players at this level are playing L6 to L3 and are actively working on improving their national standings. Ages 11-16.
