Spring Session Registration

Please select the grade level for your child to register for the spring session. You will be sent a payment link to the email listed for the full spring session. There are no individual class dates and students must register for the full session. Your space will be reserved AFTER payment has been received. Spaces are limited! Spring Session May 12-June 11th TK, Kindergarten & 1st Graders 3:20-4:05pm- $75 for 5 weeks 2nd-5th Graders 3:30-4:30pm- $100 for 5 weeks

Summer Session Registration

Please select the grade level and the weekly session for your child to register for the summer session. You must select each weekly session that your child will register for. You will be sent a payment link for all weeks that you have selected to the email listed. (role will be taken at the beginning of each class and there may not be any space available for drop ins). There are no individual class dates and students must register for the full session. Spaces will be limited!

Liability Waiver *

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named child, acknowledge that participation in tennis and athletic activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, heat-related illness, injuries caused by equipment or other participants, and in rare cases, serious injury or death. By accepting this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in the Gripspin Tennis Summer Camp, whether those risks are known or unknown, and regardless of how they arise. I hereby RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS Gripspin Tennis, its directors, officers, staff, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims or liability, including for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, that may occur during my child’s participation in the Camp. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION In the event of an accident, injury, or illness involving my child while participating in the Camp, I hereby authorize Gripspin Tennis staff or representatives to obtain and approve emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary, and I agree to be responsible for all related medical expenses. BEHAVIOR AND DISCIPLINE AGREEMENT I understand and accept that if my child engages in behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others, he/she may be dismissed from the Camp at the discretion of the Gripspin Tennis staff, and no refund will be issued. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE I grant permission to Gripspin Tennis to take and use photographs or videos of my child in connection with Camp activities for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. I understand that these images may appear in print, online, or on social media and waive any rights of compensation or ownership. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT By accepting below, I certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of the above-named child and that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release. I agree to all of its terms voluntarily and on behalf of my child.

Refund Policy Agreement *

I agree to the following refund policy. Refund Policy No refund will be offered after the following deadlines... Spring Refund Deadline is May 11 at 11:59am Summer Refund Deadline is June 15 at 11:59am If you register after this date you will be offered a partial refund with a $30 administration fee on a case by case basis. Final deadline for refunds will be 7 days after date of purchase.
