Schedule Drop-Off Appointment

An appointment is required for all drop-offs and pick-ups.

You must make an appointment with the stringer for your drop-off time. Call or text us directly at:

Drop Off Racquet at Location

Head over to our studio for your scheduled appointment handover.

Drop-Off Instructions: This is a private studio location. Drop-offs are by appointment only. Your stringer will meet you at the main building entrance lobby at your scheduled appointment time to collect your racquet. Street parking is available directly surrounding the building.

Do I need an appointment for drop-off and pick-up?
Yes. All drop-offs and pick-ups are strictly by appointment to ensure our stringer is available to meet you. Please call or text us at 650-695-2912 to schedule your drop-off or pick-up window.
How does after-hours drop-off work?
If you need to drop off your racquet outside of standard studio hours (Mon–Fri 10–4, Sat 12–4), call or text us at 650-695-2912 to make an appointment for an after-hours arrangement.
What is the difference between Standard and Express service?
Standard service is completed in 1 to 2 business days. Express service guarantees your racquet is re-strung and ready in as little as 45 minutes while you wait or run errands nearby.
Can I bring my own string set?
Yes! Select the "Bring My Own String" option during Step 2. You will only pay the labor cost ($20 for Standard, $28 for Express).
What tension should I choose for my racquet?
Most tennis racquets perform best between 48 to 58 lbs. Higher tension gives you more control, while lower tension offers more power and comfort. If you are unsure, leave the tension field blank on Step 3 and our master stringer will advise you.
