No refunds will be issued within 7 days of any scheduled lesson, clinic, or event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@gripspintennis.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

Approved refunds are subject to:

• 3% processing fee (for credit/debit card payments)
• $9 administration fee
• Note: No fees apply for cash or check payments.

24-Hour Notice: Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Sessions canceled due to rain, excessive heat (over 92°F), or poor air quality will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit or refund may be offered (fees apply).

Status Updates: Text 650-499-9387 before leaving for your session. Cancellation updates are sent via email or text.

Missed Classes: Makeups are not offered for missed group classes due to illness, travel, or personal reasons. Missed classes will not be refunded or credited.

Minimum Enrollment: A minimum of 6 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, the class may be shortened or canceled.
