How do I know which level to register for?
Please refer to the NTRP Level Guide at the top of the page. If you are still unsure, we recommend starting in **Tennis 101** if you are new, or **Adv. Beginner** if you can already sustain a rally. Our coaches may suggest a level move after your first class to ensure you are in the best environment.
Where are the classes located?
Our primary location is in the Rose Garden neighborhood. Specific court details and directions are sent in the registration confirmation email. Please ensure your contact information is correct when signing up!
What is your Rain-Out policy?
In the event of rain, we will notify all registered players via email/text at least 1 hour before the class start time. We typically offer a "Make-up Week" at the end of the session or provide a credit toward your next registration.
What if a class is sold out? Is there a waitlist?
Yes! If a session is full, the USTA registration link will often provide a **Waitlist** option. We highly recommend joining the list, as spots frequently open up 24–48 hours before the session begins.
Do you offer Private Lessons?
Absolutely. We offer 1-on-1 and small group private coaching for those looking to accelerate their progress. Please contact us directly via our website contact form to check coach availability and rates.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Please bring your own **tennis racquet**, non-marking athletic shoes (tennis-specific shoes preferred), and plenty of water. We provide the high-quality tennis balls for all training sessions.
Can I get a refund if I miss a class?
Because our sessions have limited capacity and often sell out, we do not offer refunds for individual missed classes. If you need to cancel your entire session registration, please contact us 48 hours prior to the first class.
How do the "Donation Based" clinics work?
Our Advanced 4.0+ Clinic is free to register, but we suggest a donation to help support academy maintenance and community programs. You can contribute securely online at our donation page:
