REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds offered 7 days prior the lesson, clinic or class.

Credit/Debit Cards Payments

Processing and Administration Fees

There will be a 3% merchant processing fee and a $9 administration fee added to all approved refunds.

Refunds must be requested in writing via email to admin@gripspintennis.com. In the email please put the class or lesson that you are requesting, the date of the class or lesson. Put "Refund Request" in the subject title.

There is no merchant processing fee for cash or check payments.

MAKEUPS AND CREDITS

There will be no make up classes guaranteed for classes missed due to illness, vacation or other personal reasons. Make up classes are done on a case by case basis and can be requested in writing to admin@gripspintennis.com.

Makeups or credits will be at the discretion of the administration and the instructor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rain

If a class is rained out, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. If there is no availability to reschedule, a credit or refund may be offered (see Processing and Administration Fees). There is no refund offered if you can not make the newly rescheduled date.

If there is a chance of rain, please reach out to the coach prior to leaving for schedule lesson.

Heat

If the temperature exceeds 92 degrees, the class will be cancelled. If there is no availability to reschedule, a credit or refund may be offered (see Processing and Administration Fees). There is no refund offered if you can not make the newly rescheduled date.

Air Quality

If the air quality exceeds the recommended limit for outdoor activities the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. If there is no availability to reschedule, a credit or refund may be offered (see Processing and Administration Fees). There is no refund offered if you can not make the newly rescheduled date.

Cancellation will be done through email or text.

MINIMUM STUDENT POLICY

The minimum student requirement is 6 players per session. If the minimum number of students are not reached prior to or on the day of the scheduled class, the instructor may either shorten or cancel the class depending on the number of players.
